The Industrial Development Board of Hawkins County works with the Chamber of Commerce, local government, and regional/state economic development agencies to bring new industry to the area.

The HCIDB is a government agency that represents Hawkins County, the County Seat of Rogersville, Bulls Gap, Church Hill, Mooresburg, Mount Carmel, and Surgoinsville.
